Mobile Personal Training Services

 We provide mobile one-on-one personal training services in Manhattan. We will travel to your home, gym, a park, or wherever you want to work out.  We offer many modalities of training based on what you enjoy and your goals.  Whether you want to build muscle, get stronger, lose weight, run faster or farther, or just feel better, we’re here to help.

  • Resistance Training (Free Weights, Bands)

Free 30 Minute Assessment

We offer a free 30 minute assessment where we will do the following:

  • Understand your goals
  • Get baseline statistics (weight, body fat, max heart rate)
  • Provide caloric intake and macronutrient recommendations based on your goals
  • Perform strength and flexibility assessments
  • Provide one cardio and one strength training workout you can do on your own
