Mobile Personal Training Services

 We provide mobile one-on-one personal training services in Manhattan. We will travel to your home, gym, a park, or wherever you want to work out.  We offer many modalities of training based on what you enjoy and your goals.  Whether you want to build muscle, get stronger, lose weight, run faster or farther, or just feel better, we’re here to help.

Who We Work With

Here are some of the types of people we work with:

  • Office workers looking to improve some aspect of their physique such as building muscle, getting more lean, losing weight, correcting upper crossed syndrome, or who just want to feel healthier and more fit.
  • Individuals looking to lose weight and improve cardiorespiratory fitness.
  • Athletes who want to improve their ability to compete in their sport (e.g. strength, speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness).
  • Former athletes who want to get back to a more active life.
  • People preparing for a surgery or procedure and need to make the muscles surrounding the area stronger to make recovery easier.
  • Someone recovering from an injury or surgery and either working with a physical therapist or completing their physical therapy and want to strengthen the surrounding area or work on mobility.
