Personal Training Rates

Typical 60-minute personal training sessions consist of 5 - 10 minutes of warm-ups, followed by 40 - 45 minutes of the main workout/exercises, and ends with 5 - 10 minutes of a cool down and stretching. All sessions are customized specifically to you and your goals.
